• # Felizzi Football Academy – Player & Parent Terms and Conditions
  
  By registering for a Felizzi Football Academy training program, tournament or event, parents/guardians and players agree to the following expectations and conditions.
  
  ### 1. Academy Uniform & Presentation
  - Players are required to wear their official Felizzi Academy training shirt, shorts and socks to all training sessions, tournaments and game days unless otherwise advised.
  - Players may wear additional warm clothing over their academy uniform when required.
  - All players are expected to represent the Academy in a neat and respectful manner.
  
  ### 2. Tournament Playing Kits
  - Tournament playing kits remain the property of Felizzi Football Academy and are provided for competition use only.
  - All playing kits must be returned at the conclusion of the tournament unless otherwise instructed.
  - Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring playing kits are returned in good condition, allowing for normal wear and tear.
  - Players must arrive at tournaments wearing their Academy training shirt, playing shorts and socks.
  
  ### 3. Attendance & Punctuality
  - Players must arrive at tournaments at least **one hour before their first scheduled game**, unless otherwise advised by coaching staff.
  - Parents/guardians are asked to notify the Academy as early as possible if their child is unable to attend a scheduled training session, game or event.
  - Punctuality is important to allow coaches to organise teams, distribute equipment and prepare players appropriately.
  
  ### 4. Player Behaviour & Sportsmanship
  All players are expected to demonstrate:
  - A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  - Respect towards coaches, teammates, referees, opposition players and spectators.
  - Good sportsmanship, regardless of match results.
  - Encouragement and support for fellow players.
  - Appropriate behaviour both on and off the field.
  
  Bullying, abusive language, disrespectful behaviour or unsportsmanlike conduct will not be tolerated.
  
  The Academy reserves the right to take appropriate disciplinary action where behaviour does not meet these expectations. This may include a warning, reduced participation or removal from an activity, depending on the circumstances.
  
  ### 5. Parent & Guardian Expectations
  Parents and guardians are expected to:
  - Encourage positive participation and player development.
  - Respect coaching decisions, referees and other families.
  - Promote good sportsmanship and appropriate sideline behaviour.
  - Support the Academy's focus on teamwork, development and enjoyment.
  
  ### 6. Academy Equipment & Merchandise
  - Academy training kits and merchandise are purchased separately where applicable.
  - Additional clothing and bags are subject to stock availability.
  - Orders may be arranged through the Academy administration team or official online shop when available.
  - Academy-issued equipment must be treated with care and returned when requested.
  
  ### 7. Photography & Social Media
  - The Academy may take photographs and videos during training sessions, tournaments and events.
  - Identifiable images of children will only be shared publicly with appropriate parent/guardian consent.
  - Parents are welcome to submit photographs for possible use on the Academy's social media platforms.
  - Consent to public sharing may be withdrawn by contacting Academy administration.
  
  ### 8. Academy Values & Development
  Felizzi Football Academy is committed to providing a positive, supportive and inclusive environment where players can develop their football skills, confidence and teamwork.
  
  Players and families acknowledge that the Academy prioritises individual development, equal opportunities to learn, respect and enjoyment of the game.
  
  Participation in Academy activities does not guarantee selection for particular teams, tournaments or representative opportunities.

  By completing registration, parents/guardians acknowledge that they have read, understood and agree to these Terms and Conditions and will support their child in meeting the expectations of Felizzi Football Academy.
